This lovely boutique hotel is conveniently located right next to the Fenice opera house and a gorgeous little bridge. It is just a short walk to Saint Mark's Square, shops, and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and functional, with a good-sized bathroom and clean facilities. The staff is friendly, helpful, and polite. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast and a beautiful view of a small canal. The building itself is charming and full of history, adding to the overall experience.

Some guests reported a slight slope on the floor in certain areas of the hotel.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the main attractions. the gondola station right in front of the hotel was a pleasant surprise. the spacious room matched the pictures perfectly. the breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

One downside was the lack of a small street sign to guide us to the hotel from the main street. Additionally, there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been a nice touch.
